Eugenia of OSNews spent all the last week with Ubuntu’s upcoming version, Feisty Fawn beta, and wrote down her experiences with it. While there are some bugs still left in the system, overall Ubuntu proved to be a much better alternative to XP than Vista. It has a sane UI, and lots of new conveniences.
